RINK BOOKING IN STEP 3

14/05/2021

In line with Bowls England guidance issued 10th May 2021 our rink booking system is being extended to the end of Step 3 (expected to be 21st June). The system is now being updated and should be available on Saturday. There is currently an Under Maintenance notice on the web page. When this is no longer there you may start booking.

Your bowls can commence at 2.30pm in the afternoon and at 6.00pm in the evening. Any variation on these times is at the discretion of the duty Green Steward. The club must give priority to Surrey, L&SCBA and National competitions and we may occasionally have to cancel informal sessions to achieve this – working back from the last booking.

30 bowlers are allowed on the green in a session. To allow us to monitor numbers please add to your booking details the number of bowlers taking part on your booked rink e.g. John Davison Roll Up – Total 2.

If all 6 rinks are booked, then you may contact a member who has already booked a rink to include you in their session.

Alternatively, you can just turn up and make use of any unused capacity up to the limit of 30. If a session has no bookings the Green Steward may decide to close the green – so in this instance it is advisable to phone the clubhouse prior to your departure to check that the club is open.
