Many thanks to Lyn Davison, Brian Sabey & Sam Alan for the organisation plus David Rigg and Belinda for the excellent catering for just under 50, and all the other helpers on the day. We were blessed with perfect weather and great to see so many spectators enjoying the bowls.

As the Tuesday Triples League has ended Barry Martyn will run a bowls session in the normal afternoon slot on Tuesday 19th.  Sign up in the clubhouse or let Barry know you are coming.

Fantastic close finish to this season’s Tuesday Triples with Hants coming from way back to deny Sussex the title with 14 shots on the last 7 ends to win 17-16 on the last shot. This gave Essex the top place on shot difference. Essex were well beaten by Kent in their final match. Well done to all the teams for an enjoyable season and to John Davison for running the league.
