LATEST RESULTS

22/07/2019

On 14th July in the North Downs League RBC had an impressive 65-38 shot win at home to Chipstead. The 10 points gained moved us up to 4th place in the league.

RBC lost 8-2 at Popes Mead in the Border League on 18th July but retain top spot but with one match more played than the next two teams.  Only two matches remain – this Thursday 25th July will be a key match against Reigate Priory.

RBC won the Border League Cup Semi-Final on 21st July against Division 1 leaders Lindfield. Redhill home team (Alex Gaunt/Brian Styles/Bryan Gaunt/Gary Parsons) beat Lindfield 29-10 – Redhill away team (Dave Rigg/Daniel Mullen/Paul Eales/Steve Whiting) beat Lindfield 17-12 – Overall Redhill 46 shots – Lindfield 22. This was a great performance by both RBC teams and Redhill are into the final, to be played on 10th August. We won the cup in 2017. Our opponents in the final will be Horley.

In the Area 3 Top 4 Felbridge A beat Redhill A (Roland Simon/Allan Penton/Dave Rigg/Paul Eales) on a very wet evening at Felbridge on 19th July. By coincidence Redhill B now play Felbridge B away in the quarter finals so hopefully revenge will be achieved!
