FRIDAY SOCIAL EVENING

Some of you will have already seen our Facebook post and Website/Latest News publicising our proposed Friday Social Evenings. If not, the attached poster gives more details.

The Aussie Pairs League starts at 6.15pm. Playing members not involved in the league tomorrow are welcome to join in an informal drive which Barry Martyn will organise – be there by 6pm please. Spectators are welcome too.

After bowls why not enjoy a hot (or cold) sausage roll and a drink from the bar. The May Century Club Draw will also be held. Draw numbers are still available to purchase at £5 for the 5 monthly draws or £1 for a number in the May Draw!

If successful we hope to continue with this event in future weeks.

MARATHON SPORTS PAIRS

Entry for this popular competition is now open. 8 entries so far – 4 Pairs from our friends at Horley Bowling Club.
All RBC playing members should have received an e-mail with a link to the online entry form which has the main competition details. Check your spam folder if not in your inbox.
We are hoping for a record RBC entry this year.

Our North Downs League mixed triples match has been fixed for 2.30pm Thursday 16th May 2024.

RBC – CLUB COMPETITIONS

Many thanks to all those who have entered our competitions this year. All the competitions are viable, and we are pleased to be able to reinstate the Ladies 2 Wood Pairs this year.
The competitions draw will be held this weekend and the details will be put up on the RBC notice board and posted on the club website.
If you wish to add any competitions to your entry then we need to know by close of play on Saturday 27th April.
We have an odd number of entrants in the Drawn Triples and Men’s Handicap Pairs. If you would like to take part in one or both of them please reply to this e-mail.
