REDHILL BOWLING CLUB – PROPOSED COMMUNICATION MAST IN CAR PARK

Members were informed of this proposal last October at our Annual General Meeting.

After a considerable delay an application has been made by Cellnex UK to Reigate & Banstead Borough Council dated 12^th April 2023 “to determine if prior approval is required for a proposed Development by or on behalf of an electronic communications code operator for the purpose of the operator’s Electronic Communications Network”.

Planning Reference: 23/00610/TED

Description: Electronic communications base with 20m lattice mast with fixed antennas, radio equipment cabinets, a shared meter cabinet and associated works.

The general arrangement drawings will be put up on the Clubhouse noticeboard this week.

There is a Consultation Process until 6^th May 2023 and the Deadline for Determination of the Application is 31^st May 2023. If approved, construction would be unlikely to commence until at least 2 months later.
