Bowls & BBQ Charity Day – Saturday 25th June

11/06/2022

text of e-mail sent to members:

Dear Member

The sign-up list for the Bowls & BBQ Charity Day on Saturday 25th June is now on the Clubhouse noticeboard. Please add your menu choice (Steak, Chicken or Veggie) on the list or by e-mail to me.

Playing members who have signed up online have been added to the list. Please indicate your menu choice if you have not already done so.

There will be a “Spider” and Raffle in aid of this year’s charity – Loveworks. Good quality raffle prize donations would be appreciated – these can be left in the box in the Clubhouse or brought on the day.

The theme will be “The Platinum Jubilee” so please dress in red, white & blue or something else appropriate – prize for the best costume.

For a successful event we will need lots of help on the day, please sign up in the Clubhouse or let me know.

Regards, Lyn
