REIGATE FESTIVAL OF SPORT
Message from Bryan Gaunt:
The Reigate Festival of Sport is taking place this coming Sunday (6TH May), starting at 10:30 in Priory Park, Reigate. The Club has secured a pitch near the Pavilion & Park Office.
This is an opportunity to showcase our Club and potentially pick up some new members. However, we need your help.
Could I ask for some volunteers to help on the day. I will be at RBC at 9:00 on Sunday morning to load up the equipment we need. However, I may struggle to get everything in my car, so I need some volunteers to help load, transport, unload and set up at our pitch.
It was also be helpful if some club members could come along on the day to help on our stand. This will involve talking to people, trying out the game of bowls and encouraging them to come along to the club. This is a great opportunity some please do try and come along.
The Festival is due to finish at 3:30 and I will need some help to transport everything back to the club.
Thanks to everyone. I hope to see as many people as possible on Sunday
