Items for the Bring’N’Buy stall and Christmas Draw prizes are very welcome. These can be left in the clubhouse on Friday mornings or most Tuesday/Wednesday or Saturday afternoons (not Weds 7th Nov) or brought on the day. Thank you to those who have already donated items.

CATS LEAGUE The current schedule will finish on 1st December. There will be no further fixtures in 2021. There will be a practice session on Tuesday 4th January. Just turn up if you want to play. Please note that Donyngs IBC now have caterers and the Spitfire League matches will be followed by sandwiches & cakes and players will now be charged £6 so PLEASE BRING THE CORRENT MONEY!!!

Captains Lyn & Sam welcomed 40 players and spectators to our final event of the season. The Frank Hall Trophy was won by the triple of Alan Beaver, Marion Gatland and Liam Hall by an impressive +12 shots.

After the bowls we enjoyed a tasty 2 course hot meal prepared by David Rigg and Belinda Young. Sam thanked all who had made the day a success. He also thanked Lyn Davison, who was standing down as Ladies’ Captain after 6 years, for all the help she had given him in carrying out his role.
