ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

The Committee has decided to hold the AGM in person at the clubhouse on Thursday 21st October at 7pm.The start time is 30 minutes earlier than that shown on the rear cover of the Fixture Card.

All the AGM papers have been sent to members who have email and a paper copy will be offered to the 2 members who have no e-mail address. A paper copy will be posted in the clubhouse and a few copies will be available on the night for members who are unable to print the attachments.

Please note that COVID-19 ventilation measures as implemented for short mat sessions will be in place. This involves extractor fans running, open windows and open internal doors. Seating will be spaced out as far as possible. Although there will be some background heating everyone should dress appropriately as the clubhouse may well be colder than usual.
