BOWLS SURREY UPDATE
Dear Secretary
At the request of a number of individuals, I attach a document showing the clubs and their areas. Those that are familiar with the Bowls Surrey Website will know this already but there are a number that have requested to see this list. I should be grateful if you could put it up in your club. Your should be aware that Sutton Common (Area 1) formally had their last event and closed its doors last Saturday (29 September 2023).
Similarly I attach the application form for positions in the Areas. This was sent out in bulk to 4700 members. However, for reasons I cannot explain a number of people have not received that attachment despite a large number having done so. Therefore I should be grateful if you could put this up on your notice board please.
Whilst writing I should add that the County AGM will be held at Imber Court on Saturday 18 November 2023 at 10am
Thank you
Sheron Mitchell
