SHORT MAT BOWLS SATURDAY DRIVE RESULTS
Congratulations to Brenda Avery on topping the final table with a big win on the last drive of the season. Playing with Eric Came and Susan Mullard they registered a 20-6 win. This coupled with defeat on the other rink for the previous clear leader John Currie put John into a very creditable 3rd place. Brenda and Eric both finished on +36 shots but Brenda was declared the winner on games played.
Many thanks must go to all who participated in a most enjoyable season with some high quality bowls being played; and to John & Lyn Davison, Marion Gatland & Roger Gatland who shared the organisation.
