ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 7.30 PM THURSDAY 15th OCTOBER

All members are welcome to attend the General Meeting and participate in the business but only Full and Junior Members who have paid their current subscription may vote.

TROPHY PRESENTATION EVENT 5.30 PM SATURDAY 7^th NOVEMBER

See the attached flyer for more information. If you wish to order Fish’N’Chips then please sign up at the AGM or let Ros Penton have your order. We require payment in advance please.

SHORT MAT DRIVES 1.45 PM TUESDAYS & SATURDAYS FROM 20^th OCTOBER

Roger & Marion would like a few members to help lay out the heavy mats etc. on Monday 19^th October from 2.15 pm the afternoon.

CHRISTMAS COFFEE MORNING SATURDAY 19^TH DECEMBER FROM 10 AM

Donations of  Christmas Draw prizes and Bring’n’Buy stall items very welcome. These can be left at the Clubhouse from now on or bring on the day.
