CHRISTMAS COFFEE MORNING – UPDATE

It has been a busy week at RBC with the mast erection.

A meeting was held with the contractors this morning on site to inspect the damage to the access track through the allotments. They have arranged for an initial treatment tomorrow (Thursday) to facilitate members accessing the Club to set up on Friday morning and to attend the Christmas Coffee Morning on Saturday. Access for the Green Team should also be viable.

Please bear in mind that tomorrow’s fix does not represent the final reinstatement solution.

If you wish to bring any Bring’N’Buy or Prize Draw items to the Club on Friday then between 10am and midday would be best. Or bring on the day!
