COMMUNICATIONS MAST IN CLUB CAR PARK

Text of email sent to Members (via bcc) on 27th September:

We have today signed the lease with Cellnex UK to enable them to construct their Communications Mast in the northern corner of our Car Park.

Work is due to start week commencing 14^th October with major work including piling for the foundations planned the following week. The Contractor is aware of our AGM on 17^th October and will ensure that the Car Park is available to members that evening. Access will also be maintained for our Green Team activities.

We have decided to defer the start of our Tuesday Short Mat Drives until 29th October due to the intensive site operations planned for the previous week. We still intend to start Saturday Drives on 26^th October.

The current programme shows the Mast structure completed in early December.

If you have any questions about access to the Club and Car Park during October to December please contact Roger Gatland who is our focal point for day-to-day liaison with the Contractor.
