LEAGUE RESULTS ETC. UPDATE – 10th JULY

10/07/2021

A better week for RBC.

At the half-way stage in the Border League 1st Division RBC had an excellent 9-1 win at home over Downsman on 8th July. This has moved RBC off bottom place. The league table on the Downsman website shows RBC above them and Popes Mead (see image) but the Horley v Popes Mead result is still to be added.

On 9th July in the SCBA Area 3 Mixed Fours RBC played at home an unfamiliar opponent Ewell Village BC. The RBC team of Jenny Eales, Paul Eales, Steve Whiting and Bryan Gaunt won 23-18 over 21 ends.

Today RBC were at home to Bletchingley BC in the North Downs League. RBC ran out 8-2 winners and also won the friendly rink by one shot.

Well done to all who played.
