RESULTS THIS WEEK

9 August 2018

In the London & Southern Counties Pairs Semi-finals at Egham last night after a tense and challenging match the RBC pair Bryan Gaunt & Paul Eales managed to overturn an 8 shot deficit at 15 ends to a win by 4 shots. Match score 22-18.
It is understand that it is the first time in the history of the club that a pair from Redhill has reached the final! Well done indeed guys.
The final will be against Iver Heath on 1st Sept again on a neutral green.
This success followed another good win for RBC in the quarter finals of the SCBA Area 3 Top 4 against Bookham A at home on Tuesday. In similar fashion RBC (Roland Simon, John Davison, Roger Gatland and Paul Eales) overcame a 5 shot deficit to win by 22-17. Well done to these guys and many thanks to the members who came and supported RBC.
RBC now go to Sutton on Sunday morning to play Chipstead in the semi-finals. The final and 3rd/4th place play off follow in the afternoon.
Good luck to both teams in their next matches.
