MARATHON SPORTS PAIRS COMPETITION

25/05/2023
Text of email sent today:
To RBC Playing Members (especially Ladies) – via BCC
Unfortunately we now have only 7 teams in the Ladies draw and really would like 2 Ladies (can be from 2 separate clubs) to step in and help us out.
Although the draw has already taken place the opposing pair have kindly agreed this is the right course of action.
In this instance Marathon Sports have agreed that there would be no entry fee as it will be helping make the tournament more viable
Please if you Men can think of a Lady that would play please twist their arm for us. It would be a shame if the Ladies Tournament is not fully supported.
Ladies should not be worried if they haven’t played in competitions before as it is a very friendly tournament and it would be very much appreciated.
All they have to do is give Steve a ring on 01737 212226.
Steve Whiting
on behalf of Marathon Sports Pairs
