QUIZ’N’CHIPS – 22ND FEBRUARY

Last night we had 46 quiz participants making up 8 teams plus Quizmasters Ken & Di Jupp and Sam Alan who kindly manned the bar all evening. So the Clubhouse was nicely full.
The winning team was Mary Peckham. Gill Jarrett, Ralph Wycherley , Elaine Reece, Roland Simon & John & Lyn Davison. In 2nd place were Roy & Wendy Wren, Chris & Jean Scanlan and Frank & Linda Harper. In a very creditable 3rd place were the smallest team on the night – Jill Adams, Pam Walker, Anne Currie & John Currie.
Thanks to all who donated raffle prizes, helped on the night and with all the organisation beforehand.
A most enjoyable evening with the bonus of a good boost to club funds.
