BORDER LEAGUE
Message from Paul Eales:
We are Division 2 winners……….a remarkable achievement, we only lost 3 rinks out of 18 rinks played – see final table below – Newdigate and Dorking are relegated giving 5 teams in each division next season. I would like to thank all players for their sterling support in achieving promotion back to Division 1. Next year Division 1 will present us with an exciting challenge of remaining in Division 1 which we all look forward to. Next year only one team will be relegated from Division 1!
Congratulations to all RBC players who had a fantastic match against Popes Mead BC yesterday at Horley BC in successfully defending as Border League Cup final winners. We have now won the cup 4 times in the past 6 years. I would also like to thank the players who contributed to this Cup success in earlier rounds and those who came to support us yesterday.
